Plum’s Landing is a nature and ecosystem education show developed by PBS Kids that helps kids develop a love for this amazing, beautiful, and dramatic planet we call home. With the Plum’s Creaturizer app, kids and their families can build eccentric and unique creatures using attributes based on real animals. Then they can head out into nature and find places where their creatures’ attributes would let them thrive. Taking advantage of their devices camera, we allowed for kids to see their animated creatures in these wild places. The goal of the app is to provide opportunities for kids and their families to interact with nature in a thoughtful way and have fun exploring together.
